Hello!! Thanks for stopping by my page! My name is Archer, and I have been told that I am extremely good looking and very smart. Foster Mom said so! She also said that I'm very eager to please, and I pick up on new tricks quickly. She wants you to know, though, that I'm still just a baby, and that means I am apt to make mistakes sometimes. Rest assured, though, that I'm working hard on all my manners. I am searching for a forever family who will help me learn and grow into the fantastic dog foster mom says I can be.
I live with my Foster Mom and Foster Dad and their two resident dogs. They have already taught me all my basic obedience skills like sit, lay, wait, go to your kennel, and I'm working on go to your bed, roll over, a longer wait, and stay. My foster siblings have been teaching me how to play nicely. I love hanging out with them! They are so much fun, and I would love to have a sibling to play with. I'm still a little rambunctious in my play, but I'm working to learn how to play gently with dogs who don't like a rough-and-tumble play style. I'm also in the process of losing my baby teeth, so I like to have lots of different toys to chew on and play with. Buffalo horns, nylabones, and cow hoofs are my favorite!
I am currently going on lots of outings and adventure trips to help me meet lots of people and try lots of new things while I am still a young pup. Foster Dad says socialization is super important! He says I am doing great on my adventures and I love to be out and about with my family. You can watch me grow and learn on my Facebook page - SEPR's Archer. Foster Mom posts all sorts of photos and videos, and you can see what I've been up to while waiting for my forever family to find me! I've only been with SEPR for a short amount of time, so stay tuned for updated information in the coming weeks!
More info to come...
