LaLa
Sex: Female (Spayed)
Age: Adult
Weight: 62 lbs
Color: Cream and White
LaLa may be a lady but she definitely isn't a diva. This wonderful girl loves to zoom and spin when she is reunited with the family after they get home from a day of work. Sometimes she forgets the house is not a race track and when reminded, you can almost see it her face (right, right, right, not a race track. I was just really happy to see you) and then she will gladly calm it down. LaLa also shows some of this excitement when seeing some of the other dogs around the neighborhood. With continued support from her handler she has started to learn that there are many things around us that just don't matter and are not worth being concerned about.
LaLa is house trained and crate trained. When she first came to the rescue she was a little worried about being in the crate away from her people. She has learned that the crate is just a nice place to hang out for the day until she can be reunited with her people. A bone to chew on and she will be content for the day.
Walks with LaLa are just that, Nice easy walks. She walks very well one on one, and when the resident dog joins in on the walk. When the weather makes a turn for the worse she has another trick up her sleeve. She has been working on the treadmill. Given some yummy persuasion she can still get her daily dose of cardio on the treadmill.
Speaking of tricks, Lala has been working on building up her portfolio of how to's. She knows how to wait for her food, wait before going through doors. She knows sit, and also down and look. With all the tricks this girl has the potential to learn, deep down she really loves to play. Throw some balls around the yard and you'll have her heart. She travels great in thee car and is more then willing to join you on any road trip you may be contemplating.
Need a snuggle buddy? You will not find one much better than LaLa.
