This peanut of a pit bull is Piper! She is made of sugar and spice and all things nice. She was found as a stray on the streets of Cedar Rapids, and no girl this cute belongs on the street! She is sure to wiggle her way into anyone’s heart. She loves to cuddle next to you or on your lap, and she will wait patiently for her favorite tummy scratches. She is a loyal girl who will be there waiting at the door when you come home. At 35 lbs, she’s a petite thing that will fit into any home environment. And who could resist those cute, Dalmatian-like spots??
Piper is playful and not picky about toys—she can have fun with anything! Piper is currently fostered in a home with three active children. She loves play time with them and always wants to be involved in whatever they are doing.
Piper is quickly picking up on the rules of her new home. She is learning that not everyone enjoys being greeted with exuberant “hugs”and kisses. She knows sit, shake, and kennel. Piper is completely housetrained and
does not care for the cold, so will not linger outside when doing her potty business! She enjoys car rides and the opportunity it gives her to quietly watch the world go by.
Piper is kenneled during the day and has no problem with that. She is not much of a barker and just has such a sweet, good-natured temperament! She enjoys the company of other dogs and would love to find a home
with a nice, handsome boyfriend. It is currently unknown how Piper would react to cats. One thing is for sure, though—this beautiful, sweet girl won’t be around for long! Fill out an application for her now!
