Hello everyone at SEPR! Hard to believe that it has been about a year that I have been with my forever family! In the last year I have discovered so many new, fun, and scary things! Let me begin with the scary! Well you see my family calls me a chicken (I think they need their eyes checked, I do not have feathers), anyways. I am a very cautious dog, especially around new people. It takes me awhile to warm up, but once I am out of my shell watch out for kisses!!! I am also thoroughly convinced that the vacuum cleaner is going to eat me! I do not understand how Axel (my brother) let's mom just do this around him, HELLO??!?! Run for the hills!!! Mom is at least kind enough to see this absolutely terrifies me (I think she got the hint when I tried jumping unsuccessfully through the picture window) and lets me play outside while she cleans! Also everyday this weird dog shows up in the bedroom. I bark and bark at her, mom says it’s my reflection in the mirror. I am not buying it! We believe part of the reason why I am the way I am, is because my eye sight is not really up to spunk.(Thank you lovely weather of MO) As you may recall I had some nerve damage done when I was really little. My eyes have gotten much better but I see the world a little bit different then everyone else, that's if you can tell which way I am looking :) Other than my crazy eyes I am a perfectly healthy, petite pitty weighing in at 30lbs. Now do not let my small size fool you! I can sure show Axel and all 65lbs of him what is up in a game of tug-o-war. I sure love my big brother! Most of the time I think the feeling is mutual...maybe not so much when I use him as a jungle gym/chew toy...but what little sister doesn't annoy her brother! We get to go with mom out to the farm every night to do chores and ride horse. Axel and I have a blast running, swimming, and getting muddy! We can spot out the one and only mud puddle for miles! This does not impress mom, but she still brings us every day :) I also have the privilege of being the co-pilot to moms barrel races. Axel stays home because other people there don't always have their dogs leashed (I know, how dumb right) and Axel is fussy about his friends. I on the other hand love to meet and play with new dogs! Just last weekend, we ventured out west to cheer my aunt on at the State High School Rodeo finals, I got to meet so many new friends! I had a blast and slept the 4.5 hours home! And beings my aunt is such a rock star I get to travel to WY in July to the National High School Rodeo Finals! I'm so excited :) But I suppose I better let dad have shotgun and sit in the backseat :P Well guys, I just thought I would give you an update on the life of JoJo! It's a pretty darn good one. I am off the find a mud...I mean help mom with chores! Take care! Love Jojo
